Doug A. Kuigee is one of the high members in the United 'Gees Galaxy government. After Fakegee War V, Kuigee was elected to be Weegee's righthand man. He is a very active figure in government. He is friends with Weegee since they are government partners. He is also a very wise figure when it comes to politics.

For reasons unknown, he despises Alphaweegee and his brothers. He really wants nothing to do with Alphaweegee's Army. He also knows alot about him. Like the existence Alphaweegee's secret brother, Deltaweegee. He also knows very much about Omegaweegee. So much to the point that Alphaweegee and Betaweegee get very suspicious.
